Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders, worldwide. There is no shipping charge on any Nikhaar order, to any destination.

Delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch. Every piece is made to order, so dispatch follows production.

Customs duties and import taxes

USA and UK: We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We prepay all import duties and import taxes, and there are no handling fees. You pay nothing to the courier or customs when your parcel arrives.

EU and UAE: We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. The courier may charge a handling fee and VAT on that fee on delivery (typically around AED 15–25 in the UAE, or EUR 10–15 in the EU).

All other countries: Import duties, taxes and customs clearance and handling fees are set by your country's authorities and courier, and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the product price. The courier will contact you to collect them before delivery. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Refused or unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is refused or not collected, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any duties or fees incurred.
